Our class had a fantastic time at Barkhausen this week. The weather was beautiful and the fall colors were at peak. I can't imagine a better day to explore the underwater world of the pond. The first graders were also able to take a nature hike and use all five sense. Today we celebrated the 100th day of school. The kids had fun taking a glimpse at their future selves. Today the first graders were able to celebrate all their hard work from October at Lineville Pool. Our field trip to Barkhausen Nature Preserve was a great success! The kids were able to use all their senses while walking through the woods and explore a whole new world under the pond. Thank you to all the parents that were able to come and help make this a great day for everyone! |
